I have been working in residential home improvements since 2000. I have seen thousands of problems with homes and worked on them to get them solved. Moving to the central Texas area with my wife and 2 children I decided to stop working for the corporations and to go to work for you. I wanted to help home buyers become aware of their potential home purchase rather than paying to have the problems taken care of after you have moved in.

Crawl Spaces: Due to the inherit dangers in a crawl space and my physical limits I don't crawl under homes. I will inspect for the edge of a crawl space and report what I can see from that vantage point.
